Brilfax

Under the leadership of Thadar Damori (elf), Brilfax has seen great prosperity in the past few decades. Brilfax is a town of about 50,000 people nestled between Lake Tasso and a major trade route running from Fairview to Azalear and Gladgate. Occasionally, it hosts the flying city of Ab-Rah on its sky route. Its population nearly doubles in the summer months as its wine, entertainment, and leisure make it a popular destination for merchants and nobles. In the off-season, its resident population is mostly humans, elves, halflings, and the occasional centaur that is doing trade or business on behalf of The Herd in town or competing for glory at the races. Notable locations in Brilfax include The Half & Half Racing Inn, The Bard's College, The Ravani Vineyards & The Damori Theatre

The Half & Half Racing Inn

The Half & Half Racing Inn's claim to fame is its racetrack where centaurs compete for glory and cash prizes and patrons can test their luck with betting. The inn is run by Adam Steelehoove, a charming genetic freak of nature who unfortunately only inherited the humanoid portion of his centaur parents' genetics. "I may look like a human, but I'm ALL centaur!" The bar is always stocked and the beds are always clean.

The Bard's College

The Bard's College has been a staple of Brilfax for over 100 years and has remained a pillar of the town since its inception. Bards from all over Eternum have studied the arts here with hopes of securing positions in notable courts across. The Dean of the Bard's College is Dean Penelope Grimsong an elderly, halfling female with little tolerance for mediocrity. Her faculty boasts masters of their craft: Professor Luther Deepbrow (dwarf, Painting), Professor Nicholas Wainwright (human, History & Songwriting), Professor Evelyn Sprite (human, Dance), and J! (halfing, Vocal Performance)

The Ravani Vineyards

The wine that The Ravani Vineyards produce can be found taverns and homes across Eternum. The owner, Theodore Ravani along with his family, employ many of Brilfax's citizens. The pride of the vineyard is the Ravani Merlot, known for it's "oaky afterbirth and unctuous playfullness on the palate". The vineyards secured by the Ravani's private security detail which rivals that of the Brilfax city guard.

The Damori Theatre

Of course, the many inns and taverns in Brilfax laud their own humble entertainment, but The Damori Theatre is the gem in the crown of Brilfax. Its stage has been home to many notable entertainers over the years who have enchanted and delighted audiences of all ages. Currently, The Damori Theatre's resident act is The Incredible Bim with his musical spectacular, "One Night Only!"
