Fearne (Dragon Form)

Fearne is back from the Feywild with a curious new ability. Once per day, Fearne can sacrifice 25% of her current HP to transform into a flower dragon with following stat block: 

• HP: 100

• AC: 16 (natural armor)

• Land Speed: 30 ft. 

• Fly Speed: 50 ft.

•  Actions

  • Multiattack. 1 bite + 1 claw

    • Bite. Melee attack. +8 to hit, reach 10 ft. one target. Hit 2d10+5 non-magical piercing damage plus 1d6 poison damage. 

    • Claw. Melee attack. +8 to hit, reach 5 ft. one target. Hit 2d6+4 slashing damage. 

  • Pin-needle Breath (Recharge 4 - on d4). Fearne can unleash a barrage of spiny needles as her breath weapon. 30 ft cone. Each creature must make a DC 14 dex save taking 2d10 non-magical piercing damage and 2d10 poison damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one. 

  • Absorb. Using a full round action while on the ground, Fearne can send her roots into the earth to heal 1d10 on that round and any additional rounds she remains rooted. For each additional round she remains rooted, she heals an additional 1d4 HP. While rooted, her AC increases to 18. While rooted, she may take no actions, bonus actions, or reactions but can maintain concentration on any current spells.
